If you are seriously interested in buying a dream property on the Orihuela Costa, Costa Calida or Costa Blanca then we suggest booking an inspection \ viewing trip which we can help you arrange.
When you arrive at either Alicante or Murcia airport, we will collect you and take you to your hotel or apartment and once you are settled in to your new surrounding (usually the next day) we will arrange for you to meet with one of our local property specialists.
Our representative will begin to show you around a portfolio of properties carefully put together by our experts here on the Costa Blanca south.
We ensure that all properties selected to view are within your stipulated financial budget, preferred area and include any that you have expressed a particular interest in prior to your arrival or while you are there.
We will also show you around the area, taking in amenities (shopping centres, main supermarkets, banks etc), beaches and the best bars and restaurants!
We are also on hand to answer your questions about life here, giving you our honest advice about the whole area, this will help you make a fully informed decision about whether you want to invest in a property here.
If you do decide on a property, we will then proceed to the next stage, introducing you to a local real estate lawyer (though you are free to choose your own), an independent mortgage advisor (if required) and even arrange a rental and property management consultation (again if required)
At this stage, we will also require a deposit to secure the property.
